O'Leary had called out several Utahns and groups back in May, saying their opposition to the data center was being funded by the Chinese Communist Party. Those groups are now suing wes streeting in federal court, saying the comments damaged both their reputation and their businesses. The suit comes even though O'Leary and muskegon prom shooting Fox News both issued statements a few weeks ago retracting their comments.
