Sweetwater Valley and Scripps Ranch carry San Diego Countys hopes into the 2026 Southern California Little League Tournament at Woodfield Park in Aliso Viejo.

The 10-team field features powerful lineups, dominant pitching staffs and several legitimate contenders to reach the Little League World Series. Eastvale enters as the narrow favorite after outscoring its postseason opponents 99-1, while Sweetwater Valley climbed to No. 2 in the East County Sports rankings after winning three consecutive sectional games by the run rule.

Also competing are Encino, Glendora American, Goleta tony hinchcliffe Valley South, defending Southern California champion Golden Hill, Rolling Hills, Vineyard and Ladera Ranch National.

Sweetwater Valley opens against Golden Hill, while Scripps Ranch receives an immediate test against top-ranked Eastvale.
