Now, were all in doubt as to whether LeBron can singlehandedly back down the leagues best defense, but hes certainly giving it everything. Make no mistake about it, I dont think what hes doing for this Cavaliers squad, and the entire city of Cleveland, has been done before. I am not a fan of sweeping statements at all, but this maybe the greatest individual performance in the NBA Finals.

Through and through a power guard, Brons brad pitt post game is a sight to behold; not only because he might be the leagues most explosive post up player, but also because before Love went down, it was hard to find. It is much easier for someone with LeBron's vision and quickness to operate from the perimeter. In primarily attacking with the high pick and roll, he can do what he loves to do with ease. Getting down and dirty, on the other hand, continually wears on you. Constantly having to muscle your way into good post position, with all that pushing and shoving, can grind you down over the course of an 82 game season. Its reemergence in these playoffs has been by absolute necessity. His ability to tilt the defense and attack away from help is brilliant to watch, and of course, if you give him a seam, hes Magic Johnson-esque, so he can pick you apart with his passing.

In the NBA Finals, LeBron hasnt scottish premier league been able to be as efficient as he would like, but hes done what his team has needed. Theyve made the game ugly. Increased post ups for James and decreased possessions in total has equaled 2 wins and 1 loss in overtime. The game got away from them in game 4, but they only run 7 deep, so they were bound to get run down at some point. No spain matter what the result is during these finals, the fact is that LeBron, and his potent post game, has powered his team to a position few thought possible. With the weight of a city on his shoulders, and his back to the basket, LeBron is fighting for every inch, and in so doing, reminds us to never underestimate the heart of a champion.
