Two people have died after a car ploughed into a crowd in Leipzig, Germany, police have said. A city spokesperson said that another two people were seriously injured, German news agency dpa reported. Police said the incident happened in the central Grimmaische Straße area, where a car struck several people before fleeing the scene.
