Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., questioned Judge Amy Coney Barrett on the second day of the Senate Judiciary Committees Supreme Court confirmation hearings. The Oct. 13 hearing comes just three weeks before Election Day. The second of four days of scheduled testimony gave senators an opportunity to ask Barrett skip bayless about her record and approach to the law. Feinstein pressed Barrett on whether she thought two landmark abortion rights cases, Planned Parenthood v. Casey and Roe v. Wade, were wrongly decided. Barrett would not directly answer the motherboard sales decline 2025 question, but said broadly, "I don't have any agenda ...
