Flight 12 had both the Ship and booster affected by engine issues, and flight 13 was scrubbed after its first attempt due to engines not lighting on the pad. After destacking and replacing a couple of engines they returned to the pad a week later and had a much more successful flight, and miraculously the Starship didn't explode. Starship was always expected to explode after touchdown in the ocean because when something this tall falls over it creates forces that are incompatible with the tanks structure. Somehow it survived.
