Seven months after 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez's body was found in D4vds towed SUV, authorities say the alt-pop singer has been arrested on suspicion of killing her.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and LAPD bank of canada - banque du canada are expected to announce formal charges against 21-year-old David Burke during a press conference Monday.

Burke was arrested Thursday on suspicion of murder in the investigation of the killing of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Authorities had not publicly named Burke as a suspect until his arrest.
