After eight years in its current iteration, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is on the move, morphing into a new, next-generation model for 2027. That includes a pair of also-next-gen engines, along with new styling and even more screens than ever before.

Were looking forward to getting behind the wheel, of course, but for now, we can only just scratch the surface on this new model. The reveal was just the Silverado 1500, the so-called half-ton, although new heavy-duty 2500 and 3500 models will no doubt follow it.
