During the Chain of Rocks Bridge explosion last year, parts of the old bridge ended up on the new bridge causing quite a bit of damage.Seismic monitors were set up bradley cooper on the bridges next to the old Boone Bridge to detect any damage done to the new bridge. It was part one of a two-part process to take the entire bridge down.
