Ciaran has also worked with world class artists U2, Paul McCartney, Snow Patrol and extensively as a songwriter for Groove Armada and Dead Mau5. However, many will know him as the frontman / singer of the legendary band INXS with good friend Tim Farriss. Ciaran has toured the world, performing at massive music festivals, including Brazil's Rock in Rio, shared the stage with Paul McCartney, Crowded House and The Script. Gribbin ended 2015 with an Oscar shortlist nomination for his song Hey Baby Doll, sung by Al Pacino in the critically-acclaimed movie Danny Collins. Ciaran has also worked on multiple movie soundtracks, including writing all the songs for the U2-supported feature film Killing Bono, released through Paramount Pictures with a Sony Music soundtrack album. Ciaran Gribbin is also a co-founding member of the supergroup Stadium with original INXS member Garry Beers.
