I set out on the ultimate survival challenge 72 hours completely alone on a remote deserted island with no food, no water, no shelter, and no fire.

For three brutal days I battled hunger, thirst, and exhaustion while trying to find a way to survive in one of the most unforgiving environments on earth. From building makeshift tools, to searching for fresh water, to catching whatever tennis rome 2026 I could to eat every moment was a fight to stay alive.

This is raw, real survival. No backup plan. No easy way out.
